You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Go Dutch. By using Go Dutch, you represent and warrant that:

II. Account Registration
To use Go Dutch, you must create an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent or abusive activity.
III. Use of the Platform
Go Dutch provides tools for users to:

Track payments and manage group tabs;

Share and view transaction histories within groups.
You agree not to:

Use Go Dutch for illegal purposes;

Misrepresent transactions or participants;

Harass or harm other users;

Reverse-engineer or hack the app.

Go Dutch may integrate third-party payment services (e.g., Stripe, Venmo). By using these services, you also agree to their terms and conditions. Go Dutch does not hold or transfer money directly.
We are not liable for:

Disputes between users regarding payments;

Fees charged by external platforms.

V. User Content
You may upload or share content (e.g., group names, expense descriptions, messages). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Go Dutch a limited, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display it as needed to provide our services.
You may not post content that:

Is illegal, offensive, or misleading;

Infringes on someone else’s rights;

Contains personal data of others without consent.

Go Dutch is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

VIII. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Go Dutch and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

Loss of data, revenue, or profits;

Disputes between users.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (typically $0).
IX. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Go Dutch at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.
X. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
XI. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Go Dutch will be adjudicated in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in those courts. You agree to waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, including on the basis of forum non conveniens.You agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than in court or as part of a class action.
