We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. By continuing to use Go Dutch after such updates, you accept the revised terms.
IX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or your use of Go Dutch shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or jurisdiction.
X. Account Deletion
Users may request the deletion of their Go Dutch account at any time. To do so, users must log into their account via the Go Dutch application, tap the profile icon or initial located in the top-right corner of the screen, and navigate to the Settings section. Within the settings, users can select the Delete Account option. A confirmation prompt will appear, and upon user confirmation, the account will be permanently deleted.
